BlueLine is our range of modern chargers and power supply units, developed as updated replacements for established products as well as entirely new designs. The range combines modern technology, improved efficiency and enhanced functionality with the regulatory compliance required for professional and medical applications.
Key Features
BlueLine products incorporate a number of improvements compared with earlier-generation models, including upgraded microcontrollers, improved energy efficiency, better enclosures and updated electronics.
Configuration & Flexibility
Many BlueLine models support configuration through the CBC tool, allowing selected charger and power supply parameters to be adjusted to suit specific application requirements.
Compliance & Certifications
All BlueLine products are designed with medical compliance as a minimum requirement and generally include certification to IEC/EN 60601-1 and EN 60601-1-2. Many models also carry additional approvals and certifications depending on the product and intended application.
Efficiency & Input Voltage
BlueLine products are designed to meet modern energy-efficiency requirements, including standards such as CoC Tier 2 and DoE Level VI.
Most models support a universal input voltage of 90–264 VAC, providing flexibility for use in different markets worldwide. Some higher-power models may have different input requirements.
Status Indication
Each BlueLine product features a front-mounted LED indicator that provides clear information about charging status, operating conditions and error codes.
Enclosure & AC Connection
The BlueLine range is housed in a modern enclosure designed for practical and professional use.
Desktop and plug-in models typically support interchangeable AC plugs or a two-pin IEC 60320 mains cable. Larger desktop models are supplied with either a fixed mains cable or a two-pin AC cable, depending on the model and power rating.
For IP67 (potted) variants, a fixed mains cable may also be required in order to maintain the intended level of environmental protection.
